is there something that they do in practice that kills them late in the year, like does Gruden run them into the ground? last year was the same. fast start then fall in a heap the back half of the year

Zero depth on D as well. Not talented enough once we lose the odd decent player. We need to go all D in the next draft and get some decent FA's. O is okay, but our D is terrible. Would also like to see a new coordinator.

Colts offense has been shit for a good portion of the season tho. Just sell out to stop the run and dare noodle arm Rivers to beat you. Raiders can't stop a nosebleed though.
