I agree it's early days for the Vikings, but their cornerbacks were trash against Rodgers. Add to that that the defensive line was also trash and you have a problem. The DL is fixable - Hunter to return week 4 (hopefully) and more playing time for Ngakoue, but the cornerback situation will take time, possibly all year based on the lack of experience in the group.

If you take into account the QBs that the Vikings have to play this year, I can see the Vikings finishing middle of the pack at best and more likely in the 20-25 range...

Hmm. I guess I was reasonably bullish on the Vikings to start the season so am sticking with that. Obviously a very bad first week especially losing at home where they’ve been so good in recent times.

But on the other hand they aren’t far removed from a playoff win, and with a similar/ better roster. Diggs out will be big I think but otherwise they should be ok.

Losing to AR12 and Adams in a game like that isn’t a big deal.

Dunno, just going of the article bazz posted this morning, I agree with it, Barkley doesn't fit their roster construction, they re a few years away yet. . Doubt it happens while Gettleman is still there.
