sh*t play call, too cute, pulling the guard.
That's called "Power" - its a basic running play, but probably not the one to call in that situation
Should have used his eyes instead.
Maybe if the play call was something like "inside zone" or "iso" that better allows for the runner to pick the gap, but the runner isn't doing his job if he doesn't run behind the pulling guard on that play

BF likes that you post a lot. But you talk a bunch of sh*t.

Can't argue with that.

But perhaps you should stop letting it get you caught all up in you feelings tho and support the team like a real fan would instead of cheering for our demise to make you feel like you're a superior intellect?

Give up. You’re seeing the the dismantling of the team you go for and trying to put a brave face doing it.

Two games in like I said, have some patience. Judge how the tear down and rebuild has gone in three years time. If we are still battling I'll happily admit you were spot on. Until then, Ill try and find some weekly positives and glimmers of hope.

Didn’t get the last play but the point is made.

I request that the mods lock up the Panthers thread as it’s the least knowledgeable thread on this site.
Clearly you have yet to avail yourself of the intellectual depths of the Four Turkeys in the podcast thread.

Worth a listen. Some say we make every team thread look like PhD tutorials...

After a crappy year of AFL, really enjoying the start of NFL. Good, tight, entertaining games and QB’s that give you hope from veterans to rookies. Going to be an interesting year.

So many fun QBs this year. Elusive QBs who can keep a defence on their toes and make plays out of nothing are so much more exciting to watch. And there are a bunch of them this year.

With 729 passing yards through two games (and a career-high 417 yards on Sunday), Josh Allen joins Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Patrick Mahomes as the only quarterbacks to compile 700 yards, six touchdowns, and 0 picks through the first two weeks of a season

Reminds me of early Cam Newton with a crazy good arm

Scary

Last udfa rookie to have an impact this early in a career? I can't recall one. Maybe I'm reading too far into it and it's no real accomplishment coz he's a running back. Still impressive to leap frog a ton of vets like he has and take over a backfield.

phillip lindsay?

what was impressive about josh allens game today and i dont think ive seen this fromm him before... but he was throwing all kinds of passes, on the back foot, while scrambling, set in the pocket, climbing the pocket, and... all kinds of touch passes when ideal and all kinds of bullet passes when ideal. finally looks to have taken that final step.

smart money imo to lay some money down on him as MVP. hes certainly going to be in the running all year with mahomes and jackson.

One major difference is Diggs with 16 very good receptions over 2 games.
