The Athletic's John Glennon reports the NFL on September 29 told the Titans not to conduct any in-person activities.
The team then had an in-person session on September 30. There had been some question as to when the league told the Titans to stop all in-person activities to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. If the team had been instructed to stop those activities and held the session anyway, they could be subject to serious penalties from the NFL. The league's black sheep franchise is going to have a rough fall.
