I've seen plenty of that sort of stuff in the rooms at lower levels mostly just lairising among teammates but I wouldn't expect it would be condoned at the top level...if you watch the footage you can see assistant coach Justin Leppitsch laughing while it was taking place so obviously he considered it OK.
