Let’s stick with a basic rule for this thread, that it’s for draft watch and discussion only.

It’s not for trade hypotheticals, who you think needs to be delisted or traded, how many games you think we will win, some other team will win, how many picks you want in the 1st round or discussion of current HFC players.

It’s about youngsters who are eligible for the draft in 2021.


Key dates to look out for:

• NAB AFL Draft Combine: TBC
• NAB AFL Draft: Wednesday November 24 - Thursday November 25
• NAB AFL Pre-season and Rookie Drafts: Friday November 26

Anyone else, Sandringham didn't rate any of them in their best. What did Blake Howes and Charlie McKay look like? Both have been in their best players a fair bit. Just interested in McKay as he will be going to Carlton under F/S.

McKay was in last years draft and looked over in the mid season draft, the blues might rookie him? He has been good as a 19 year old, which you kind of expect.

It looks like he is a much better target than Tom Silvagni at the Chargers. I would think that McKay will get picked up by the Blues, by far the best performed of their numerous F/S candidates.

The only way we get Horne is if another player emerges to push him out of the top 2. As it stands the only other player being talked about as now potentially closing on Daicos and Horne as the top 2 is Darcy, who doesn’t count. Unless someone else charges at the championships, we can expect the top 3 currently rated players to be unavailable to us.

Sounds like Daicos should get a bid at 1. We should bid on Darcy though. Sick of the Bulldogs getting kissed on the dick with free picks. Make them sacrifice the best bit of 3 consecutive drafts for 2 players

Which won’t happen. After trading out of the first round in a year they are terrible, the fans will burn the place down if they don’t match a a Daicos bid. He’s going to Collingwood and Darcy will get the Bulldogs. North and us just need to make them pay
