Apparently he played 8 games this year, and based on those 8 games I can't believe North think he is worth a second rounder.

Emerging talls don't usually play a lot in the first couple of years, especially rucks when you only have one on the field at a time. Still regarded as valuable (generally speaking) though since a good one is so hard to find. Seems the Saints rate him but not that much.
