8 choices might have been interesting, its pretty easy to pick at least 4, the top 4 from this year are likely to be in the 8, the top 5 really. I picked 3 logical starters and tossed in a roughy who I think might make the 8 ... Richmond, Geelong, Brisbane in the poll and Carlton as a roughy to rise into the 8 ... i think Port and West Coast too are pretty likely and the saints wont get any worse. Collingwood will likely still lose more players on top of Treloargate and those still there are likely to be disgruntled at the incompetence of their contract managers ... I think they will tumble, I feel sorry for Bucks he deserves better.

Could really see St Kilda having a year like ours this year, some astute trading with another year into a pretty talented list. Honestly pretty hard to guess from 5th down, don't think the Crows will be as bad as that tip suggests but I couldn't comfortably switch them with anyone. North are in for few years of pain but hopefully I'm catastrohpising and they are competitive.

Carlton and Pies are a chance to swap places this year, but other than that I think this is a pretty fair assessment of where everyones at.

Pretty good post that mate - just a couple of changes to your descriptions and listings

Richmond - Very good

Port Adelaide - i would drop back to kinda of good

Fremantle - id move them out Shiithouse - to kinda good - i think Fremantle are the genuine big movers - up the ladder

Early markets - Tigers $4 for the flag - yes get on and Fremantle are 50s for the flag ( cant win it obviously ) but back them to make the 8 - and wake me up in 12 mths time - and i will be collecting
