Just watched a Bulldogs defender get caught in a tackle with more prior and less attempt at disposal than 4 of ours that were paid yesterday. Not paid.

Yeah but with that rule and the way it is, you are going to get inconsistency from game to game. I'm fine with that. It is when, in the same game, that inconsistency creeps in, that I get ropable

I've noticed faster moving footy this year is seeing umps try to make calls from 35 meters away through traffic. The shocking call last week to gift the Cats the game for example. Bound to be inconsistent calls this year. Could use another ump tbh - or maybe just have the boundary umps make calls. They're kind of wasted just throwing the ball in tbh.

Great win by the Lions, the Pies fans thought they had it won after the Daicos goal late in the game but Brisbane kept on coming.

I kind of wanted Daniher to kick the winning goal, I'm not salty that he didn't choose us as I think he just wanted out of Essendon and who can blame him.

Surely Phillips will want to move North in a few years. This year is most likely going to be brutal.

North actually look good moving the ball really quickly and Cunnington had made a big difference to their mids.

Only the Dogs would get a goal review like that.

Not really. I can see how he looks when he disposes of the ball right now. He looks the exactly the same as he did as a junior.
