To ask someone to run the other offers past you so you can run your eye over them is something I personally find extremely odd.

As someone who comes across as a stickler for the rules you seem to have no issue with sneaky backdoor stuff to gain an advantage.

How is me bidding more than someone else a rule ive broken? I find it extremely odd that you think im being unethical.

If you wanted him you could have offered more than you did initially. I didn't stop you from getting him. You made an offer, I said to rumply here is mine. He still chose which one he wanted.

I think youre only salty cause you knew you were getting a good deal if it went thru. Offer better first up so I cant outbid you next time.

Rumply said himself it was a good deal and he was happy to take it but wanted to consult you first and see if you could beat it. So there’s that.

I wasnt, as didnt make sense for me to do it really, but he may have gotten a better deal again. So more from his side he could have thrown it open to get more than he did in the end (he may not have of course).

I could have done that but really wasnt telling anyone to beat any deals, simply make an offer, I had no interest in back & forthing.
