No idea. I'm Club 1870, also with group location and haven't heard anything yet.

I think another email update would have been nice since the original impacted seat email.

I would assume and hope that this is the case!

If you still haven't heard anything, call the club!

I just spoke with Steve who confirmed relocation completed and the reason it's taking so long is because the boss is completing the process manually.

Pretty happy with my new seats. Still undercover in the Western stand, just moved one bay over and a few rows up! :)

Both packages arrived today - all intact. One problem as the membership/AO entry card indicates our original seating arrangements before receiving the club’s email notifying us of our changed seating positions at the ground.
I guess another correct card will be sent out? Hopefully before the first home game.

Check the temporary card they sent you in the email recently, it might have your new seat on it. I didn't have to change seat so the temporary card said the same thing as the plastic card.

Thanks
The temp card shows the original seating arrangements, so it mirrors the plastic one received today
It looks that I can’t escape a call to the club to get this sorted out. I’ll wait until tomorrow - make myself a coffee and join the queue waiting for a membership rep to attend to this matter.

I had been trying with no luck, then I got a return phone call yesterday from the club.

Happy enough with the new seats, club has done the best it can in a shit situation so no complaints here. I was told the same thing re boss manually processing each amendment.

I spoke the Jordan at the membership desk at the club and yes he advised that the plastic card will have to be replaced and the club will attend to this, with hopefully the card with the new seating arrangements to reach us before the bombers game. A temporary ticket will be sent via email if this proves impossible. No doubt we will all be receiving this email.

So what happens if in May or June the government says 100% capacity is allowed?? Who gets to sit in the empty seats, the original seat holders or will the club sell those seats to the general public?? Don't throw away your original plastic pass boys and girls.

On Monday Qld announced 100% capacity

  • Ticketed venues (e.g. theatre, live music, cinemas and indoor sports) can have 100% seated capacity. Performers must be 2 metres from the audience and choirs 4 metres from the audience.
  • Open air stadiums can have 100% seated capacity (with COVID Safe plans in place).

Well you just have to apply the South Australian Nanny State Tax to that timeline, so I'm guessing 2026.

There is no way we are going to 100% until the vaccine is fully rolled out and that won't be until after this season is done and dusted

What could improve to allow ST Nic to justify a change - nothing

We have no Covid, we have tracking capacity, SMA have a Covid plan in place

The only possible change would be a reduction if there happened to be an outbreak

2,465 members added in 6 days. People gearing up for first home game knowing they can get a seat to the game. Might get to 48k by next Friday on the eve of our first home game.
