So has withdrawn his guilty plea and changed it to not guilty because he believes it was self defence he only pressed on his jaw because Collins was holding him by the jumper and though he would flip him over

I reckon you could sack any coach who says, even in a forum as meaningless as a press conference, that the players just need to try harder, and you'd never regret it.

I would guess all the uncertainty, unexpected travel, being away from family, being away from the usual recovery resources at the club - it's all got to be stressful and would wear anyone down over time. Footy would feel less and less important. Playing in front of no crowds has to suck as well.
