Impey vs Dow?

Will Impey get kick ins? Will Dow stay in the team if he doesn't play well on Thursday?
Think they'll both do fine. Impey better JS, so take him

Dunkley + Rowell vs Danger + Taranto.
Don't like Rowell, so Danger and Taranto. Dunks could be a must-have though, so Dunks and Taranto + cash an option

Dusty or Dunkley

Dunkley I reckon, higher ceiling

Heeney vs Butters

Proven scorer but not enough mid time vs Young gun, BO potential, in a Top4 team
Butters I reckon. You pretty much nailed it. Butters will get lots of inside 50s and assists in a high scoring Port side. Mills playing midfield and a few youngsters coming through probably keeps Heeney forward more.

Phillips vs butters
Does the cash help you elsewhere? If so, I'd go Phillips, even though Butters might average slightly more.

Caleb/Stewart v Lloyd/Doc
Lloyd and Doch. Lloyd going mental and not having him might be a big problem.

13 keepers with Taranto and Docherty
V
12 keepers downgrading docherty to H. Young (D4) and upgrading Taranto to Merrett
Very tough decision, I'm weighing the 13 vs 12 keepers up myself. I like Taranto and Doch, think they'll do very well, but I'm unsure on Young.
In your case, I'd go the 13 keepers, Doch and Taranto could easily average 100-110 while Young could be a big flop

Cripps & Caldwell vs Impey & Titch?
Impey and Titch for me.

Zorko v Dusty?
Dusty I reckon, safefr. Lions are pretty stacked in the midfield, not sure how much time Zorks gets. Bit up and down with scoring I think.

Rowell & Piggy
vs
Dusty & Merrett
Dusty and Zerrett

Doin my head in over Joe v Impey.
Ceiling I give to Joe..consistency to Imp.
Young v clark another doozy.
I currently have Joe, has big score potential. A few big scores and he'll rise quickly. Impey seems safer. Obviously Joe has the injury concerns

Clark for me

Taranto + Ridley vs Neale + Fantasia
Taranto & Ridley

MCrouch v Titch
MCrouch.

Very underrated and very low ownership. Was in my team for a lot of the preseason (replaced by Zerrett now). Very much under the radar.

I don't think people realised he averaged 123.5 over the second half of last season.

Titch is over rated SC wise IMO. Needs too many possessions to score well.

So true about MCrouch... I can't understand his 1% ownership!

Tom Green vs Tom Doedee

Tom Green vs Tom Doedee
That's one of the strangest X v Y's I've ever seen lol

Doedee is a $458k defender and Green is a $351k mid

Doedee racing the clock to be fit for round 1, very underdone, big no for me at his price, so it has to be Green, even though I don't trust that he'll get the right amount of time on-ball

If you have ~$450k to spend, I would look at Clark, Phillips, Taranto and De Goey, they are all great options to me

One more for me.

Dow vs Daniher

Disappointing performer to date vs very spiky scorer
Done first pre-season vs coming back from LT injury

I'm leaning towards Dow - Blues bias and more on wishing him to have a BO year :straining:

Rank Short, Stewart and Caleb Daniel as picks and why. need to pick 2 of em alongside lloyd and laird

I cant - I've got Short & Stewart but keep looking at the helmet

can't really go wrong with any 2 of the 3
