This question will be on my mind for the next 7 hours:

Impey v Dow
I've just decided on Dow. Not really sure why. Slightly cheaper, in a much higher % of teams, playing on-ball, playing tonight.

You know that Impey will give you a reliable 65-75 average week in, week out.

Everyone is picking Dow (myself included) purely based on speculation, high draft pick, 3rd year in the system, showing signs in the pre-season games that he is ready to be a regular.

Who is taking your kickouts? Any chance that Impey takes the majority, or are you more likely to go with a laser-foot like Scrimshaw, Day, etc...

Pretty simple one:
Impey or Caldwell. Thinking the extra $135,800 will be worth it with Impey. Thoughts?
Think the answer is complex haha

What does the $136k get you? Are you holding it in the bank for an early upgrade or big rookie corrections, or are you using it now to turn somebody like Brayshaw into Macrae?

Impey you can take as a cash cow, Caldwell at $350k you would want hold onto for a while, ideally all season

Torn with,

Daniel/Taranto
Vs
Williams/Dusty

I know, miss out on Williams R1 (50 pt difference with a rookie score in place, pending they get named & how they play). Overall is like winning Tatts, so league is insight! I can see Dow getting dropped for Williams/Martin for the on-ball roll after rnd1, unless he goes beast mode with CP, accuracy & makes a difference. Taranto possible m8. Williams also injury prone, now <9% in teams, can match Short and all those types for AVG if playing. I feel it's a season to grab those PODS and take risks.

C. Daniel and Brockman on field (4 mid rookies on field, no back rookies on field)

or

Fyfe and Kosi on field (3 mid rookies in field, 1 back rookie on field)

Torn between these two options

Lloyd and Impey

v

Aliir and Dusty

- Swans have said Campbell could take kick outs (like he did in the preason) and want to move the ball quicker. Likely means less possessions for Lloyd, although Lloyd has one of the best tanks at the swans which helps him with the reductions in interchange.

- Impey imo will be a consistent performer.

- Aliir looked fantastic in the preseason, took a few intercept marks and had what looked like more freedom to play his natural attacking footy. Although risky since he's unproven. Alternate could go Dyson Heppel.

- Dusty is well dusty. Would Richmond manage him through the season?

Heart wants Aliir and Dusty but brains say Lloyd and Impey

Impey is not that reliable, scores are fairly ordinary from him. I can't see him making much cash quickly - Daniher is the same, can't see him kicking 3 goals a game & average much more then a playing rookie score.
