Crowd of just over 10k in the BBL tonight.

Melbourne once again showing why they're the sporting capital of the world.
MYbe it’s coz their teams are pretty shit but strange how they’ve never really got behind either of them

Hoping the Bengals continue their run against the Chiefs and make back-to-back bowls. Got a bad feeling they'll go the way of the 90s Bills if they do though, both Philly and the 49ers are stacked both sides of the ball.

Burrow looks like a guy who can win against the odds.

That said, I'm hoping the 49ers go all the way if only to see everyone's head explode when Purdy goes from last player drafted to leading his team to a ring.

Niners ran out of QBs - pretty careless from them! Looking forward to Chiefs-Bengals - a big rivalry that should last a few years.

Novak - how lucky are we to have seen Fed - Rafa and Novak having careers that overlap!

3 set win but two went to tiebreak so not a drubbing. Genius player!
Growing up it seemed like Ivan Lendl won everything. This metronomic robot who beat everyone, but couldn't quite win Wimbledon though.

Then Pete Sampras won everything.

I just looked up the stats and Lendl 'only' won 8 grand slam titles (the same as Connors and Agassi), Sampras 14.

That we have the Fed with 20 (my favourite) and Rafa and Novak each with 22 playing around the same era is pretty phenomenal.

Craig Tiley is saying Djokovic had a 3cm hamstring tear during the AO and also won in 2021 with an abdominal tear.

Beggars belief if true. Love him or hate him the guy has some seriously freakish mental toughness and physical limits.
I can’t stand him, but the guy is one of the toughest sportsmen ever to lace up a shoe/boot.

😬 That's a bad miss by Ryano
Since the last game each team played:

Out (Heat): Khawaja, Labuschagne, Renshaw
Out (Sixers): Smith

For me I'm not sure Smith offsets the other three. Hughes a decent in for the Sixers too. Who have the Heat got? Sixers were a better team by heaps. This just makes it worse.

It'd be an upset and then some if the Sixers don't make the final

Yeah, bullshit Thomas.

To quote a post on r/NFL:

"I'll believe it when its December and the Niners are on their sixth QB and he wasn't one of them"
