The last time this happened was about a decade ago at some dreadful Sunday match and I was cheering myself up with a spot of chain smoking during the third. A guy in a Richmond jumper that looked like it spent its life lining a dog bed tried to start a cheerful conversation to disguise his ultimate purpose which was to bum a smoke. I am nice so I said sure and while I was searching around my pockets for a lighter the guy suddenly hairpinned and vomited on my feet.

Dunno why he was even there. Richmond weren’t playing

There's heaps of amazing music these days. Just from australia off the top of my head: party dozen, mildlife, glass beams, zoj, gut health, big yawn, Andrew gurruwiwi band, heaps of shit. Nick cave in his 60s still doing it, his discography is as impressive as anyone's.

Rock music is mad: idles, Viagra boys, pigsx7, heaps I'm forgetting. Heavy metal is unreal.

Jazz is more mainstream than ever, kamasi Washington, yusef dayes, keyon Harold, Robert glapser, amazing music being made. From aus: Barney McCall is unreal.

Hip hop incredible: Kendrick, Travis Scott, j hus and Stormzy from the UK. Soul music: Erika de cassier, that shit is endless.

Electronic music has never been better.

It's so good right now, I hate it. So much dope music being made.
