By deleting the Alpha Spreadsheet have we lost our historical info? Also, did we have any future trades on there?
Yes, historical drafts and trades are gone. But i kept the honor roll. Its not really important tho the history, is it? Nice to look at once every few years but not important moving forward.

There were no future picks made for 2023 as yet. Everyone has their full allotment except for the recent Dspeed trade.

Was just occasionally fun to look back at some of my terrible drafts.

Not overly fussed but that’s a shame that’s gone. Sometimes we’d argue/discuss past trades, part of the fun and history of the comp.

And yes if 10 of 12 have ticked off on FF then majority should rule

Good question.

I've set up the league on FF, 10/12 owners have said they're happy to go to FF given its a better site for the long haul. Majority rules, right? We've had majority decisions before and everyone had to follow along. Yet one person is refusing to go with a majority choice. I don't know if Lenny is refusing or just busy.

But as I said.... If Dspeeds refusal means everyone else is dragged back to Espn, then i am not running the league and doing all the manual chores anymore for espn. Dapeed can do it. He has commish abilities, so he can do it all.

He'll have to first finalize rosters, then try to find all those players people drafted who havent yet been and couldnt be added yet due to the restrictive system, i dunno who they are anymore as i deleted the alpha spreadsheet a week ago.

But theres some posts a few pages back where i list players who couldnt be added and ask people who they want cut to fit them in. He can try find that post, and write all that down.

Then, he has to first manually move everyones IR players to IR, then he'll have to manually cut the players that people asked to be cut, then he has to manually one by one add each player yet to be added to each person's roster. Then he'll have to manually enact the recent trade with NDG. Once thats all done properly then the league on espn can proceed. And first waivers should be open by then. He'll also have to check to make sure the waiver order from last year is correct for this year.

But he'll have to create his own spreadsheet now to keep track of that draft pick, and to run future drafts on. And every time someone makes a trade he'll have to keep track of it on his spreadsheet.

Or, lenny and dspeed can join FF where everythings already ready to go.
lol who is the one having a tantrum? Settle down champ, you’ll have an aneurysm

I'm ok to follow the majority. Stay on Espn or go to FF.

I understand your pov, and ESPN looks nice, but the manual load, the aggravating espn site, lack of automated things (drafts, future trading) as well as better news blurbs, roster tools, etc, makes it a better site moving forward. Alleviating the manual burden on anyone to keep a league functioning. Also can boost enthusiasm again having a new site and features to play with, renewed activity as site opens february to february.

It's up to you and LennyHayes77 what happens. If you insist on staying espn or else quit league, we don't want that either. Don't wanna create a rift.

I'm ok to stay on espn for the majority, so no one quits. But it'd be good if all 12 came to FF without malice too.

Can we please just move on with FleaFlicker? Is a good platform. Alpha is my #1 Fantasy Comp, the one I put the most thought in to...

Just joined. It really is an awful user experience from an visual perspective

Oh and GG, most saying they ‘don’t care’ isn’t a vote for FF
You will get used to it. I thought the same when I first used it but it was because I was so used to the ESPN layout. I like it now

Notes -

Site is in AEST time (option used)

For waivers (which process Sept 7) there's no restriction how many claims you put in. But they will be invalidated if no room, position limits, or ineligible IR players.

Waivers lock in around 7pm, then get processed anywhere from 8-10pm. After it will be free for all till next wednesday.

Thursday night football doesnt start till sept 9, and sunday games on sept 11. So plenty of time to fill out rosters.

The functionality for simply adjusting the lineup is downright awful. Manual drop down boxes etc

It may well be easier in the backend, but as a general users its shite
The app has a cool better way. If you click on say the RB roster spot next to a starting player, a little draw slides open offering you all the RBs from your roster you can switch to starter.
