I'm the only knobhead ranked 1000th who didn't have a ruck cover. Played one short, 2070, and slid to 2000th. I was 200th after round 3, then have crept my way out each week since. My spud coaching will always lead me to where I belong...stuff this game.

Yeah, it's finding the right balance between keepers and cash cows - tricky business when your keepers become the enemy and and and and and and your cash cows look like:

Accurate call..
Yeah I was joking but honestly wasn’t that surprised when it came true. Frustrating player but my own fault for bringing in an inside bull with not much outside game.

Oh well, he’s made some money and held down the fort all year. Easy upgrade next week before his bye

Finished at 2132. Actually better than expected given some scores. Matt Rowell and McInerney are are prime targets to be booted. Clayton Oliver knocked on the door wondering how the hell his management didn't captain him and is looking to move teams. Sean Darcy is sick from leather poisoning however hopefully will be right by next week. Cogs appeared to be a footballer with a coach, I think. Anyway, lets see what wicked ways I an kill this team with now.

Mason Cox will stop Darcy Cameron scoring hey?

Finally a good week, 2264. Gained 3500 spots

he was on 24 in the first quarter 14 from a goal. Then Cox went down and he got to ruck

He was subbed off.. that's when Cameron went nuts.

So he was on track for a ton and then got one?
no he was playing like ass stuck at full forward was doing nothing then Cox going down allowed him to

he would have needed 5 goals to get his ton

Did he kick four goals for the match?

No but he's done similar every week. The first week without Grundy he kicked 2 goals in the first qtr playing up fwd while Begg rucked and then started playing more around the ground.

He also had 2 tackles in the first qtr today (ended on 8 weirdly) and was the Pies 2nd highest scorer on the ground when Cox went off

He got a small boost from Cox going off but he was never suddenly going to drop what people were claiming because of Mason Cox

Yeah ok.

He was the second highest scorer because he had a goal padding his stats, a stat he was never going to match for the rest of the game. His boost came because he moved into the ruck.

So just ignore what I wrote then. He had one goal "padding" his stats. His first week without Grundy he had 2 in the first qtr. Cox wasn't going to suddenly become Grundy, Cameron would've still got ruck and around the ground time.

Bit harsh to say a bloke up forward kicking goals is 'padding' his stats.

That's quite clearly not what I meant but it's not as if his score was because he was racking up touches and he carried on through the game with Cox going off having no impact. He had a goal from a set shot which over-inflated his score and the perception of how he was playing when Cox went off.

2317 and moved back up inside the top 2,000 to be ranked 1,818. Making improvement.

New trade in Miller the most pathetic, with Cripps, Macrae and Gawn also poor

Oliver a stud (just wish I captained him) but it was big scores from Coleman (98) Cogs (120) Butters (94) Cameron (115) and solid scores from Hayes (70) and Durdin (65 and lopped over Greg Clark) as the solid standouts.

Interim trades are McInnes to Wehr to clear up a red dot and then Nic Martin to Darcy through some DPP magic. Means I move down to two rookies on field (Clark & Durdin) but through DPP and red dots in Stein, Mead and Baldwin I can basically loop all of McComb, SDK, Clark, Durdin and Dixon for the last two spots on my field. If I can score a 70 out of two of those five up to the Bye I'll be happy. Then I should be able to clear them up in the Byes.

This board is being split into two camps

Those that have Cameron and those that don't. Bring on civil war
I'm hoping Cameron is a season changing pick. There was a risk Rozee was that pick but he never eventuated. Cameron on the other hand is looking that way. Just smashing it at the moment and has the role.

As someone that skipped on Cameron, and will likely skip on him this week (upgrading Martin), I hope he gets parked at FF and produces 40's :D
