PORT ADELAIDE ruckman Brynn Teakle is recovering well after having surgery to repair his collarbone.

Teakle suffered a break to his collarbone during the second quarter of Saturday’s win over Sydney at Adelaide Oval.

The 22-year-old spent the night in hospital and had the procedure on Sunday.

He is expected to be sidelined for six to eight weeks.
