The good news for Butts is that it's not an ACL. But if confirmed as a MCL that is still close to season ending.

Broken collar bone is at least 4 weeks for Teak.

Sad news for both given how well they were playing.

Young ruckman Brynn Teakle has had surgery to repair a broken collarbone suffered in Round 14 against Sydney.

PORT ADELAIDE ruckman Brynn Teakle is recovering well after having surgery to repair his collarbone.

Teakle suffered a break to his collarbone during the second quarter of Saturday’s win over Sydney at Adelaide Oval.

The 22-year-old spent the night in hospital and had the procedure on Sunday.

He is expected to be sidelined for six to eight weeks.
