And if Kupp got stopped short on that 4th down wouldve been a bad call. I know the Bills are high powered offense and you feel you need to keep pace but early in a game at around the 40 or 30 is a bit premature imo. Maybe a 4th and short on the goalline is better early. Anyway, not a hard fast rule, situational, flow of the game.
