Im fine with the Titans proposal, if you score the TD and 2pt Conv then im fine with it being game over.

the other one can have mind games, like if team 1 scores first then team 2 scores and will feel obligated to go for 2 and the win because they dont thing they can get a stop or wont have time to score again if they do force a punt [unless OT will also go back to 15 mins]. Which might eventually lead to teams with the ball first also going for 2 to prevent losing on the next possession. Which is then kinda like the college rule where teams will want the ball 2nd so they know what they need to win.

But feel the titans one has a better chance of getting up.

Why should a 2 pt try be the reason for a win in OT? Its silly and its the same as the other proposal where team 2 is now in the power play (going for 2 for the win).
The 2nd proposal didnt mandate team 2 go for 2. but its how i see it going. because if they score and kick the PAT, then team 1 can win on a FG and after 2 full possessions there wont be much of the 10 mins left so almost no chance of team 2 getting a chance to score again.

There is no perfect OT rule. even a full 15 min extra Q can be decided on the coin toss, because both teams will be in 5 min drill. you dont want to score too quick and give the other team more time/chances to get ahead before the time expires.

College OT is far from perfect, especially now that after 2OT it becomes alternating 2pt attempts.

I liked that other proposal i posted about that a team was going to propose .... Each team gets say 5:00 on offense total, so whomever scores the most points once those 5 mins have elapsed across potentially multiple possessions

Thats a really dumb one. the NFL isnt Madden when you just take deep shots and chuck it up in hope.
