Strength and speed didn't shine through, struggled in transition, handballed to team mates under more pressure than himself like clockwork.Haven't seen the game, how did Dow go?

Marchbank is the glass.
even before Weitering went off i thought we were flat..

When Marchy does retire watch the club's health insurance premiums fall by 40%.Outs: Weitering, Motlop, Carroll
Ins: Kemp, Martin, Kennedy
Marchbank would have to be a chance if his knee is ok.
When Marchy does retire, McGovern's contract expires and McDonald is delisted, watch the club's health insurance premiums fall by 60%.
I thought Dow was really good. I hope he gets another crack next week. We did miss Kennedy though - his high marking is important.
Did our VFL have another bye on the weekend?
Marchbank is the glass.
He is. I say we make him or break him. If he can't play when we really need him, then what's the point?
what does tired look like?thought we looked tired on sunday - don't ask me what that looks like I just did - and then when 23 went off it was like an army hearing its general had been killed - a palpable sense at the ground as our energy lagged, seemed to take a lot of our fight and composure with him.......
No current season stats available
yeah not sure where we'd be without those experienced turnovers from newnes in the first half, his first half was deplorable
For me, changes id make:
Outs: Weitering, Motlop, Carrol, Dow
Ins: Mirkov, Kemp, Kennedy, Martin
Mirkov to 60/40 in ruck with TDK, no need to use Cripps or JSOS in the ruck, better structure - TDK to spend time fwd when not rucking/benched (or maybe even drop in the whole CHB to help out)
Kemp to play as a backman
Others self explanatory
We just gotta play Mirkov. Ready or not. Too many players playing positions they shouldn’t. Just messes up structure big time. Put Mirkov in and see how he goes. Can’t do worse than Sos or Cripps

From a psychological perspective Marchbank would be the worst one to pick. He's come back after years to play VFL, second game in another worry/issue. Let's thrust him into an important AFL game, where it'll be *'s 150th.... they'll roll in club champions, make a big thing of it and * players most likely may actually respond in some way, and no doubt be physical. Let's thrust him into the deep end and take a risk that he'll just not be trusting or confident he'll make it through a game unscathed. Needs 2-3 FULL VFL games before I'd even consider it.
I'm thinking like a * turd, I'd be going for his knees every opportunity I get. We can't have Stocker playing babysitter through the whole game.If he's allowed to play as a loose defender he'd get through the game.
