It was a poor handball, but it was a terrible running pattern from Connolly. Ran so close to Bytel and was never in a position to receive it.

Poor if Connolly called for it. Poor if Bytel called him in, but poor option chosen by Bytel anyway and poor execution.

I'm confident putting that one on Bytel.

Yeah decent chance there's a late change I reckon. We normally keep two out (one for the sub and one in case of a late injury). Leaving three out probably a sign there might be a change.
I hope not, especially as it suggests maybe Marshall or King who we really need to get the win today.

Games vs the Suns have always been tight, and I think both teams have come up a level this year, lending itself to another tight contest.

Getting nervous haha

As far as pronunciation goes, I don't much like SAINT Kilda nor MAC Donald's....but the way the commentator (with Big Footy links?) is calling McAndrew is taunting my stomach and making me think of cheeseburgers.

Bytel looks asleep today, laconic mentally
Been a disappointing start to the season for Jack

Looked like he was ready to start smashing the door down after the way he finished off last year.

Just hasn't got out of 3rd gear yet

Owens on the other hand has been terrific. A year in the VFL for him and he should be ready to make the step to AFL level IMO

I can't remember a kid who looks so comfortable hunting and winning the contested ball. Owens is going to be some player.
I was about to say he’s really developing into his body. However there is one big problem. His kicking technique is going to struggle under pressure. Needs to work like hell to improve it. Liking Matty Allison. Looking better each week. He really has all the tools. Just needs to keep winning the ball.
