Could be Darcy Fogarty PaulGGus won't leave. He's just doing his "due dilligence" as they call it. The melb offer is ball park with what North, Geelong and freo offered. Essendon interest coming late because we have been very chatty with Harrison Jones. Sticking point there is he's been a dons fan his whole life etc. Unlikely, but still hasn't been a definite no.
Unfortunately, probably lose one of chandler or Bedford just due to opportunity.
As I posted a couple months back, Jackson went from ready to put pen to paper, to not even negotiating. Nothing to do with the club, just doesn't like living in Melbourne. Gawn.
At least the club is having a crack at some key position players. One at our closest northern neighbour, one in SA.. suspect we are having a red hot crack.
Article said a “mansion”.Jackson apparently brought a $1.74m house near Freos home base.
Thanks A.Yea taste it Jacko, im renting a small house worth more than the large house you own. Epic brag Paul.
Thanks A.
The rental price is pretty generous under the circs. Anyways I need information. Is that really the price of mansions over there? I’m outta here. Mansion purchase is way out of my league, but I should be able to manage some kind of dodgy shithole next to a frequent train line or something
I’m the other way around - location is important to me, and I don’t like newer houses too much. And I work in the CBD and can’t face losing 2 hours of each day to a commute. But the kicker for me is that I don’t drive which can leave you pretty isolated anywhere that isn’t centralCity prices are ridiculous, just me but id much rather live in a newer big house and drive 30kms to work.
I used to have a mrs who lived not far from Flemington, her house wasn't far from a train line, campaigner would wake me up all the time, tiny backyard, no garage, old house, worth ridiculous money, based solely off location. I dont know how people are happy living in places like that.
But the kicker for me is that I don’t drive which can leave you pretty isolated anywhere that isn’t central
This poster gets it.Fair enough, I hate public transport, couldn't deal with people on a daily basis on a train or tram.
This poster gets it.
Could we be the same person? To my knowledge, we've not been in the same room.we are kindred spirits, MASSIVE name a game collectors, hate public transport, so much in common!

You poor bastard, that sounds awful.Love public transport but I commute each day 3hr round trip so it’s just the convenience of saving money.
Thanks A.

We're likely to have nearly a mil in cap space plus a haul of picks if Jackson goes. As frustrating as it is looking on the outside, wait until seasons end before making judgement.Lol so win a flag and lose Jackson and have Gus considering leaving. Meanwhile other premiers strengthen. Cats add quality every season and we cant find anyone to play forward at a decent level that isnt Pickett.
I’ll drive both to the airport myself if we can get hold of a quality key forward. Jackson leaving hurts in the long term but while our window’s open we just need someone who can give Gawn a chop out. I’ve loved Gus’ year but we aren’t exactly skint for HBFs. If they choose to fo that shits on them.Lol so win a flag and lose Jackson and have Gus considering leaving. Meanwhile other premiers strengthen. Cats add quality every season and we cant find anyone to play forward at a decent level that isnt Pickett.
Theres literally 0 talk about anyone decent wanting to move back to Vic, thats not to say it wont happen but feels like we will either be reaching for an average player or re investing back in the draft which wont help shit in our pursuit of flags. We're likely to have nearly a mil in cap space plus a haul of picks if Jackson goes. As frustrating as it is looking on the outside, wait until seasons end before making judgement.
But it is disappointing losing yet another wa bloke
Theres no quality key forwards available and honestly even if there was, none of them our going to solve whats going wrong with our teamI’ll drive both to the airport myself if we can get hold of a quality key forward. Jackson leaving hurts in the long term but while our window’s open we just need someone who can give Gawn a chop out. I’ve loved Gus’ year but we aren’t exactly skint for HBFs. Cats haven't won a premiership in 11 years either TK. We'll be in Top 4 mix again next year and who knows who we're into this off-season.Lol so win a flag and lose Jackson and have Gus considering leaving. Meanwhile other premiers strengthen. Cats add quality every season and we cant find anyone to play forward at a decent level that isnt Pickett.
When we make top 4 15 years in a row basically talk to me again.Cats haven't won a premiership in 11 years either TK. We'll be in Top 4 mix again next year and who knows who we're into this off-season.
PS Jackson's not leaving. When we make top 4 15 years in a row basically talk to me again.
He might not even book a return flight this weekendPS Jackson's not leaving.
