I think a fresh start would be a good way for him to reset himself, as he has been underperforming for quite a while. its probably become habitualised by now with him.

So going to a fresh club and culture, imo, would be his best bet to find his best form.

You can definitely reach out and offer XYZ but as he is contract until 2024, the haul to get it over the line would probably be prohibitive to the Dees list overall.
