North have basically said that they are taking sheezel. My dream would be wardlaw but very unlikely, would be stoked if we got tsatas think his run and carry would be perfect. Happy with ginbey though and still wouldn't care if we took hollands. Bit the same as others that not sure about Humphrey.

This is an underrated take.
Just on Tsitas I have no idea why we retained him. There are much better DFA options out there right now. Small, not that fast and didn't really even dominate the VFL. Showed zero in his game at seniors.
Would rather Blakely or Anderson. Or even Alik Magin.
Is he still floating around is he?

Might be a cost thing if he is a VFL player. He must be basically free as far as standard AFL contracts go.
But yes, plenty of experienced depth available if we would rather go down that road.

It's getting more out in the open now. Wonder if the AFL will change the rules moving forward. Longer contracts for draftee's maybe? Don't have sympathy for these kids tbh, they are entering a national competition with the prospect of high financial rewards. They can play in their local amateur competition if they are still on the boob.

Baffles me we would get rid of Oleg and keep Tsitas.
And yet the only uproar you hear is when one of the Northern clubs finally get a promising academy player come through. It’s a joke but the AFL couldn’t care less if it keeps their promising little darlings in the bubble.
Surely we could do worse than keep him on the rookie list considering our injuries and lack of rebounding defenders as a result? Didn’t get a good pre-season in last year to build off of and it showed.
