Hahaha, I see what you mean. Shall we get the elephant out of the room? We have all seen the age article I assume lol I'm still deciding how I feel about it.
How good Jen! I know our board has always appreciated your insights and it's awesome to see some credit going your way, even though that's not why you do it. Some people have an eye for footy intricacies that others don't and I think we can pretty safely say Jen has it.

Hewago "Ace" Oea has signed a 1 year extension.

Great news, he was excellent in the VFL grand final.

Good for Ace, good for PNG / Oz relations but doubt he'll ever make it to the big league on a consistent level. Happy to be proven wrong and in any case. I doubt he's on big coin anyway - so worth a feel good story on the books. Still waiting for those big fish though....

What happened?

At the very least Ace is a good VFL player. Has the speed to open up games at that level with ease, as shown in the VFL GF.

Could make an ok sub at AFL level if he can improve his kicking/descision making. His size makes it hard to play up the ground on a wing, which is where his speedy atributes are best suited.

1 year deal is ok.

Same though I think the way Dimma has his teams play will suit Ace better.

What a strange way to announce that Nick Malceski is back at the Suns.
Maybe it was always in the plans to bring Malceski back? He was one of the COVID cuts from memory so perhaps the club feels like they owe him. Either way, it's always nice to have a former Sun come back to the club and Malceski is certainly more experienced now after spending several years in the QAFL with Labrador and Broadbeach. Hopefully he gets in his former Swans teammate Buddy's ear and assists in convincing him to mentor Walter, King and Luko next year.
