Somebody said that McKercher two goals that were other worldy. An overreaction to his game. If you want someone with speed and skill you pick Durrsma, the fastest player in this draft and can kick goals from outside 50. Not bad given his got good size. If Durrsma is not a top 5 pick whoever gets him probably gets the steal of the draft. I'm still noy taken him ahead of Watson but that could change by the end of the year.

Duursma is more like Isaac Smith but with more size and therefore can play out of the forward line as a half forward.

Didnt watch the whole half but i like what i see from dursma. Clean and a good mover.

Personally I would have Duursma before Caddy. Hoping he falls to 7-10 which I hope we can get with either a salary dump or trading our future first

Caddy played at the level I expected. Just from what I've seen, doesn't look to be strong enough overhead even when he gets into a good marking position to be a target forward.

Duursma was terrific and Harley Reid showed how good he is with 11 clearances, and strong marking. Watson barely touched it until 3/4 time and then exploded in the fourth quarter. While this game was already over, he's that sort of game breaking player who can go nuts for a few minutes and have a huge impact. Archer Reid looked good. Caddy was quite unimpressive this game in terms of output and body language.

Reminds me of Gunner. Gets to the right spots and times his kicks to perfection. Great power off one step.

Loved seeing Duursma’s game. Reminds me of Rozee at the same age. Watson still my #1 choice, but imagine getting both!

Never understood the Caddy love. I remember seeing him drop chest marks last year. Did it again today. I don’t have him top 10.

If anything your using recency bias. Don't think anyone could argue he's had a better year than McKercher.

Durrsma is also not the fastest player in this draft. Not sure where you got that from. Watto smashes him in pace.

Watson the quickest/best acceleration, Duursma has higher top speed.

Watching the U18 game and then seeing Hawthorn have 25 inside 50s in the first quarter for 3 goals, we need a forward who can make and take opportunities. Seeing Watson kick 3 in the blink of an eye and Duursma dominate the game at half forward, they've both gone way up in my mind.

Let's not get caught up in who are the better prospects on a weekly basis. Every week it changes but I still have Harley, Watson, Caddy, Curtin and mckercher top 5. Duursma just outside. Gonna be a impressive draft particularly in the first round. We need two.

Feels like Duursma has been played more in the midfield this year to show his flexibility… we all saw what he was capable of as a forward last year. It’s easy to forget that. He’s a gun and I’d be very happy if we took him with pick 3.

Really? Looks more like he has good agility than pure speed but I have no idea
