Great selections to balance out our list. I mentioned last week that our weakest areas on our list were our Ruck and Tall Forward, which have now been given more depth.
Lynch is most likely done (for his own sake he should retire), so Clay Tucker is an immediate replacement.

Other than Lewis we have Koschitzke, Jeka, and Ramma as our key forwards. Ramma is developing nicely, Kossie is fighting to stay on the list, whilst Jeka is as good as gone. Brandon Ryan immediately adds to our Key Forward depth and has half a season to push his case for a contract extension. Having Ryan will also take pressure off Ramma, allowing him to develop at his own pace.

Very happy with these selections.

Not necessarily curtains for Jeka...but perhaps only one of Jeka and Ryan will be there next year.

Lynch a different matter...for his own welfare

Couldn’t agree more, and thought Tucker had the most talent from the bunch, suprised we even got him (classic north).

Ryan the anomaly but could end up being the perfect depth that emerges into something more

Happy with Tucker - always good to get a ruck in MSD to keep options geared towards higher tier picks for main draft.

A little perplexed by Ryan based on age and having a few around his size and position - but probably more sad Stanley didn't slide to our pick.

Still, huge faith in the recruitment team and our development process - has picked the eyes out of the MSD so far. Curious what the exact plan is for Ryan. Maybe we even play him back to give DGB a more intercept role? Curious, curious...
