Same rule applies to this thread as other years, keep it on topic about the kids.
Don’t get bogged down on what other teams might do or where they will finish.

Trade speculation belongs here.

That's also where you can discuss your mock drafts or pick trades.

Any McCabe, Dear or Maginness talk belongs here.

Curtin in the midfield is very much like Roughead in the midfield.
The question is whether he can give just as much value as a KPF.

IF the answer is yes, then he is unequivocally what we need most, given H.Reid is out of reach, and we should do whatever we can do get him.

After watching duursma last night he is one of those players that has all the talent in the world but lacks a bit of that killer instinct where it all comes together on a consistent basis.

Really liked the look of Coen Sanchez for wa , moves really well.

The ability that he has to go forward and dominate is something we greatly lack from a midfielder.

He's got so much campaigner about him.

He's going to absolutely be a pillar for any club to build their team around.

It's Hodge/Voss like.

I wouldn't be picking Watson based on that game. A few truely ordinary efforts when the game was up for grabs. Caddy gave quite a lot, a few great marks, a great checkside snap and some good kicks (amongst some other less stellar field kicks). His follow through once the ball hits the deck was noticable, he's not exactly Usain Bolt but he makes the effort to get to contests and lay a tackle up the ground.

McKercher had the ball on a string, his workrate and balluse can absolutely decimate a lazy midfield. Sanders' hands in congestion were a sight for sore eyes while watching our game, he moves like Worpel but he's so much cleaner by hand and foot. The Suns are making away like bandits this year, all three of Read, Rogers, and Walter can make the claim that they are the best players in their positions this year.

Lorenz has been very dissapointing this season, good chance to slip through to the rookie draft. He really needs to get back into centre bounces and show a bit more at contests because playing as far outside as he has been is just simply not working.

It'll be interesting to see next week when WA take on metro if Curtain goes head to head with caddy. Could be a big decider for our pick if we choose to go for a tall which after today's game seems likely.
