Completely forgot this was on. Did anything interesting happen?

Haven't watched it all

Sayers reiterating about getting the entire organisation in the same page for the men's game. They feel they're united and have world class people at all levels of the organisation.

Brian Cook accused the AFL of lacking a clear vision of what it wants the AFLW to be. They reiterated that the club's focus was now firmly on doing to our women's program what they've accomplished with our men's program.

Lots of talk about not just immediate success but making it a sustained "world class" level of success on and off field moving forward.

The messaging and themes are consistent in what Sayers has been publishing to the members.

Nothing really new and not a whole lot of significant note though I honestly haven't watched close to everything.

Too many "nuffies" asking too many not important questions. An example being whether we fudge our membership numbers. But that's what generally happens at an AGM in question time. Most of those who have valid questions get them beyond one of these things.

Partial credit to drunkill who posted similar on Reddit (particularly the last part).

Highlight of the one AGM I could get to was the old bloke who stood up and asked when we were getting a great big neon sign out the front of PP.*

*neon added as embellishment for comedic effect
