Didn’t make the squad of 44 which is crazy. He has been the best Brisbane mid this year and yet Neale got chosen ahead of him.

Neale finished the year better and probably gets more love by being the more offensive player. Neale is very underrated after like 2 or 3 quiet games getting tagged. He still is very high in every public award including the coaches votes.

People are downgrading him as a victim of his own standings and a low possession game plan. Still in the top few mids in the game

0.97 goal assists per game for Dangerfield since joining Geelong, including 1.3 per game this season.

Taranto might want to start cracking 5 plus inside 50's per game for starters and then improve his delivery significantly. Dangerfield was injured most of the year, had around 68% time on ground and still averaged more score involvements per game from midfield as an old timer.
