I really dont know where he fits with us. I get that he has a different skill set than most of our list so that is nice. Not sure hes best 22, in a fight with Spargo probably for a spot.

Was more thinking a Salem replacement who has a better/more aggresive kick on him, but that's fair.

Just spitballing that he could play a few different roles if needed.

I wouldn't mind hearing people's thoughts about what we do with pick 11. We've spent a fair amount of time discussing who we get with pick 6 but not a lot about our other first rounder.

Darcy Wilson appears to be just out of reach of that pick.

I like the looks of Harry DeMattia, if we want a midfielder I think he suits us more than Sanders.

I’m pretty much in line with what a few others have said.

Darcy Wilson if he’s still on the board otherwise more likely it’s a choice between Ollie Murphy, Caleb Windsor, James Leake, Ryley Hardeman and maybe Tholstrup.

Charlie Edwards is one that they might look at too - but it would be a bit of a reach and possibly a waste of the trade where we gave up pick 14.

Similar to others, I would lean towards Windsor.

I'm not a fan of Billings. Misses heaps of football, isn't great athletically and for a "finisher" he kicks more behinds than goals.

As others have said, if St Kilda are paying some of his salary he might be worth a shot. He's at least good enough to dominate VFL if he's fit.

Yeah I just don't want those types in defence anymore. Doesn't even help our ball movement anyway. If we swap to GWS game plan yeah stick him behind the ball moving into the middle.

Sure mate, nice sample size and understanding of why it would be the case that Chandler only had those numbers in that particular game. Keep looking at the stat sheet and continue not watching the actual game.

Yeah sorry mate, wasn’t watching the Dees finals series or how useless our forwards were despite them running up the ground to also help defend which should translate to more disposals, just sat there refreshing the stat sheet…

Wonder if getting Ginnivan will affect Hawks interest in Nick Watson at the draft. They failed to land McKay, so Curtin seems like a better fit for them if North take Duursma and McKercher.

Billings would be equally as quiet in this system.

If your up the ground defending, why do you need to rely on someone kicking it to you. Find the ball yourself like most good players can.

I wouldn't. Spargo was one of our best player in a final in front of 95k people.As was Joel Smith who you've left out of the side...?

Jefferson isn't ready for afl for at least another year. Didn't you watch Casey this year?

Rather give Jeffo exposure than to play Tmac or Brown.

Jeffo put on a fair bit of weight in 2023 and should add more in off season.
