Ben Long, gets down low, comes in side on a to a contest for a loose ball, other player goes in face first and gets concussed, 3 weeks.



Andrew Brayshaw, gets down low, comes in side on to a contest over a loose ball while an opposition player goes in face first and gets concussed, "should get off", "looks like Walters might have contributed somewhat".



Very, very similar approach to a loose ball, opposition goes the brave but somewhat reckless approach of leading snout first, concussion. You can't tell me that if it was a GOP, fringe 22 type name that did this that it wouldn't even be a discussion. This has got the Cripps suspension ruling written all over it...

I'm not fussed at all, hope he settles in there and does well (... not too well), but I saw a game of his a few weeks back, I think it was against the Dogs? And he sharted up the bed something fierce, got caught multiple times sitting in top of the ball like a chook on an egg. His kicking is actually pretty decent, and he's tough, I just wonder if he will ever quite get up to pace with AFL like some players who have grown up playing it.

Great question. If anyone knows please let us know. Just the usual mumbling, tried to get a few sentences out about Francis' move to Essendon but couldn't understand a word of it, Darcy tried to hurry it along because they were almost back to the centre for the re-start after the Swans goal.

I can handle the mumbling and fairly insignificant stats getting listed, but it's his completely one-eyed butthole tonguing of the umpires at every opportunity that frustrates me. Like he knows he's the weakest link in any potential commentary lineup, but maybe if he tongue punches hard enough, he'll keep getting a gig because the AFL might lean on the broadcaster.

He even got called out by Daisy Pearce a week or two ago for wrongly declaring a sling tackle that was the tackled player whose momentum spun them in a circle and Jobe just continued with "... yeah but, they don't like da slinging action into da ground..."

I always liked him, happy to see him get opportunity at Brisbane.

Would be behind Wilkie and Battle as you said if he was still with us.

Yep backline has been decimated with no Rampe and no McCartins. Pretty hard to cover all those out.

However they're getting smashed in the middle, defenders won't help there.

Just when you think they are going to drop off a cliff the cliff gets further away, we've all been waiting eagerly for the last 10 years for it to happen.

Thoroughly sick of them playing finals every bloody year and it looks like they will be playing finals again this year.
