Just read he’ll play this week as it’s “ too soon” to have concluded anything from the investigation, which makes it likely I suppose that he could miss our game if it goes against him.

If I were to be mischievous, I might infer, like a certain Bomber’s player suggested, they’d rather him play against the Lions than us because we are “easy beats.”

May well be a bit of the old niggle in tonight's game, should be fun. You'd think the Brians will be going after Crisp, at least early on. Zorko in particular is a grubby little bugger, one of my more disliked players currently in the AFL. Can't see him missing the opportunity.

It would be good if tonight's game was a tough physical battle so that Collingwood are bruised and battered for our game against them next week.

They will have a couple of extra day's break than us though which will help them recover.

We've got a great draw this year, so there are no complaints, but it's a shame we've got the Cats and Lions at the end of the season when they will probably have played themselves into form. Anyone playing those two teams at the start of the year is getting a free hit.
