I haven’t thought about it too much, but here's my go:

We’ll make top4 and then win the cup 🏆

I just don’t see it with Richmond & Collingwood - on of them may still sneak in the 8, but won’t do much damage

Improver is Port - they’ll recover from their horrid year

Top 4
Brisbane
Geelong
Melbourne
Carlton

Next best
Fremantle
Sydney
Doggies

Fighting for the last spot:
Richmond
Collingwood
Port

Middlers
Gold Coast
Adelaide
GWS
Saints

Voss is a spud, it is probably worth putting some support on the table before rolling out such rubbish.

One of the best leaders of the modern era, wasn't successful in his initial stint as a coach, he was only early 30's with no experience.

Has a been very solid record as a Assistant coach & made a very strong impression last year, tough & hard and well respected across the entire club.
Voss has had 54 wins from 130 games coached. Not a good record. Started the 2022 season with the blues killing them but again did not deliver. He was unable to stop the rot late in the year. His record as a player/captain is irrelevant to his coaching. Also his PA assistant coaching role may look good but he was not pulling the strings. I have judged him on his record as coach alone and from watching him in action this year. I truely believe the list Carlton has should make them contenders but I don't think Vossy is good enough. Let's see how he goes"

Forget his first stint as a coach, no apprenticeship

Unfortunately you are taking a very simplistic view in your analysis, as others have mentioned discount his 1st stint, he came straight from playing to coaching.

Your own coach did not have a great record in his first 3-4 seasons, we are confident we have a strong coach who will take us to the next level, massive upgrade on Teague.

Excuse an enemy supporter for chiming in here but Carlton has a list that is a walk up start for finals. To have missed last year is unbelievable. You may talk him up but Voss is a spud and the only real weakness I see in your setup. I expect the blues to end top 6 but if they don't I know where the fault will lie.

Are you lost!!!!!
