We need him.

Can you imagine Sheezel, Zurhaar, Curtis & Watson roaming at Chom & Larkeys feet?

By the sounds of it - he’s that zippy player we lack

Zip isn't really an apt description for him.

Rapid is probably better.

Most of our "small" forwards are all taller marking types that are decent crumbers.

Watson is very much in the Milne/Cameron mould of an electric crumbing forward.

However, as you have seen in some video's, Watson is a game breaker further up the field also. He's not limited to the goal square.

He sits very much in the "generational in his position, so you pick him no matter how many you have"

He’d need to be absolutely lightning at that size and weight to play at this level.

Watson sounds like Rankine.

He's on that level of pace/trickery/agility at the same age.

And Rankine is without a doubt one of the most talented u/18's we've seen in 20+ years.

Where as Isaac more liked to play games with some players.

Watson is an absolute pest and likes to win. Milne/Boomer style.

He's extremely tough for his size, loves to throw himself around, pinball into players, loves burying players in tackles etc.

He's an arrogant little prick, the type of player every opposition club will absolutely loathe, but the side that drafts him is going to love.

Luckily he is.

I don't think there would be an AFL defender that could go with him in space.

Not to mention his footy IQ is through the roof. It’s pretty rare when he doesn’t find himself in the right position.

And his skill is bloody good too. Nice kick and a penetrating kick for a kid his size.

If we had drafted him this year I’d be pretty confident he’d be playing round 1 2023 as a 17 year old. Could only say that about Watson & Harley Reid at this stage.

Looking this far out - how High do you reckon could go in the draft
A guy that shirt doesn’t usually get taken in the top 10

For you guys, Nate Caddy is the great-grandson of John Reeves.

Yep, we’ll known the Caddy’s as being a big North family.

His old man Saul (who is a legend of the Northern Footy League) is a North fanatic and good mates with Boomer Harvey.

Nate was at Boomers house on the second night of the draft for when Coopers name was read out.
