Luke Loyd?
I'd prefer Charlie Edwards in terms of needs with our first pick. Dynamic mover and long kick.

Luke has basically played as a third tall forward at Coates level (192cm).
Kicked 19 for De La Salle in school footy this season, albeit not in a highly competitive match.
He is a beautiful kick of the football. Solid hands. Good in traffic and has a tank which would allow you to play him as a taller inside mid too.
He's also a ripping kid. Lovely temperament Probably the knock would be he's not overly quick at his height.

I really like the idea of finding a player that’s a bigger body that is plug in and play.

Think Jack Graham from Richmond when they were in their window.
I like the idea of picking players that know how to play football. Think Tom Mitchell, slider in the draft but just knows what he’s doing…Chapman for Geelong was another, much rather that than players who ave big bodies that can’t play football.

After pick 18 we don't seem to have a very strong hand to replace those delisted today.
Face value we have pick 18 and pick 33

Bianco was pick 45
Draper was pick 45
Murley was pick 49
Ruscoe was pick 55
Wilson was a basketball wild card selection
All pretty speculative picks.

Let's see what we get for Adams if he departs.

But less than 5 games between those delisted this year.

If Taylor leaves I suspect a 3 way trade. Perhaps Ollie ends up with us.
Pure speculation.
Pick 18 already pretty good. A top 20 player in the entire country.

My draft strategy:
3 picks A good mid, A key forward over 198cm and an Howe/Murphy replacement.
Is that too much to ask, none of this hybrid bs and speculative picks. Kids that can footy and will bust a gut to be on the list I don’t give a crap about their vertical leap they tested at the combine or how fast they can run a 20 m slalom. Can the get the ball, are they skilled on both sides and have a footy brain.

Medium forward but can see him playing in all thirds of the ground. Very good overhead and doesn’t have a preferred foot, as he’s elite on both sides.

You left out has no pace and plays with a complete lack of urgency or any sort of intensity. If you're not competitive it doesn't matter how good the skills are.
