I think both secondaries have shown they're rubbish, it could come down to who can get pressure on the QB. So far the Lions have looked more likely there, again so far Stafford has managed to stand in the face of it and make some elite throws around it. Basically what he did his entire career for the Lions tbf.

Having said that, because of the pressure I'd say he's more liable to turn it over. Goff might be more likely to just make a bonehead play, though.

Right on queue. Lucky.

Rams are such a Jekyl and Hyde like team. Their best is good but they can stink it up bad as well!

They do have fantastic form coming into the playoffs though with the Ravens the only team to beat em in OT for the last 6 weeks i think at home in a game that could of gone either way.

Draft and develop

Yes but I love these I'm so smart in retrospect takes.

At the time the world was screaming why the Packers didn't take a WR for Rodgers....maybe if they had you have another SB?

Having said that, drafting and developing a QB used to be the norm because it worked. Have to applaud the Packers for sticking to their guns.

The Eagles are working on their own version drafting Hurts while having Wentz, only to repeat the four year cycle from hero to car crash.

Time to draft a QB early.

Except that 32 yrs of HoF QB play has only yielded 2 Superbowls, so they're hardly hateable.
Being competitive year after year for most of that 30 years because of QB play is something every team can dream of.

Winning a superbowl is hard. and people who only think rings matter are not worth the air they consume. Its a just the cherry on top.

That's about as daftly simplistic a view as those who think Superbowls are all that matters.

32 yrs of HoF only yielding 2 Superbowls is a disappointment. It doesn't mean they should've won every year or won 6 or whatever, but they definitely should have more than 2.
