You should of got him fired 2 years ago when the week 18 game vs you was in and in for them.
Then the blown 3 score lead against the Jags in the WC game last season.

How he lasted this long is madness.

It’s genuinely mind boggling that he didn’t get sacked after the playoff debacle last year. That’s completely a coaching issue.

That he gets sacked after his players just turn the ball over at will - which he has no real control over - is the NFL at its finest.

There might be 7 decent quarterbacks in the comp, a handful of adequate GMs and a similar number of decent owners. I love the NFL but given its wealth and profile it’s a terribly unprofessional comp.

That loss is completely on O’Connell. Your RB is cooking and on 3rd and 1 you hand the ball to your QB for ineffective sneaks - twice. Insanity.

Every week a head coach makes ludicrously bad play calls under pressure. There are so many that are terrible at this.
