Cheers GG. To be fair, the same could be said of Trubisky; he just had the unfortunate knack of throwing those tough passes to the opposition.

We've been talking all morning about the year of the backups is a false dawn anyway....they play really well for a few weeks and get found out eventually.

Rudolph isnt a franchise QB probably but hes better than Trub for sure, and borderline with Pickett....Pickett is just far too scared most of the time, it's so aggravating.

Steelers will likely drsft a QB, and/or sign a free agent vet to replace Trubisky.

They "had to" draft Pickett because he was the best of that class (most peo ready) and also from Pitt (like Marino) and couldn't pass it up just in case (like it hurt them passing up Marino
