Putting out the ol' reverse a little early mate :p
I wish. Watch Joe Barry send a OLB to cover Addison half the game and give up 250yds to him.

and a trademark 3 man rush where an entire third of the field is left with 1on1 coverage but the CB thinks he has safety help.

I will admit that Adams v Smith footage is pretty wild

I preface this by saying I havent seen all the game, going off the stats/carries so correct me if im wrong, the fact they didnt even spell CMC tonight with Mitchell or Mason I thought was weird, even it was to have CMC playing a bit in the Deebo role out of the slot.

Mitchell saw one carry where apparently he was supposed to juke both Vikings DTs who were 5 yards in the backfield when he received the handoff. Never saw his number called for the rest of the night.

Why Mason wasn't used as a battering ram early with Williams out and then ease in CMC only Shanahan can explain.

Are the 49ers too McCaffery focused? Crazy amount of play goes through him alone. If he gets shutdown they don’t have plan b, they don’t use Kittle and Aiyuk enough.

I know they had two out but are they frauds?

Shanahan is too CMC focused...yes he has been the centre piece for a year now but the 49ers made 2 divisional championship games without him too.

Shanahan's tunnel vision is the problem.

Seems like something your boy Grant Cohn will be all over him for. Will check out YouTube later

Not even the first time he had Smith line up on a WR this season. did it against the Falcons and Saints too.

Yeah im willing to give the Lions a pass on today and treat it as a once off for the time being, they got their s**t rocked early and looked rattled, never recovered or got into any rhythm, the Ravens didnt let up.

It's the second time this year, it can't be a once off.

Which of the winning streak against the Falcons, Packers, Bucs or Panthers was the most impressive in your opinion?

All those wins were very impressive.

Failed to mention beating the Chiefs in arrowhead , huh.

By a point without Kelce. They've otherwise gone 0-2 against the other two potential playoff teams they've played so far (I guess someone will make it from the NFC South, but whoopdedoo). If you're genuinely capable of being impressed by wins over those teams, I don't know what to tell you.

Some teams get graded on different curves. People are just flat out patronising the lions with this shit.

You need to watch the games instead of just basing an opinion off the opponent and final scores. It's just a lazy.

Much like how you were saying the sky was falling after losing to the Jets and you wouldn't beat the Dolphins.

You compared our loss to the Jets with the absolute all phases domination the lions just copped, and you want to tell me to watch games?

Get real. Your analysis on the Lions barely goes deeper than their ****ing win loss record. Just looking at the teams they beat would be an improvement.

You clearly haven't watched them so no point bothering discussing it. You can't even analyse your own team correctly, can't expect you to know about another.

Disagree, thought it was no better than average
And the offense been carrying them all year.

But also, someone who posted this has no right to try to call out anyone elses takes.

Our defensive performance on Sunday, holding the Dolphins to about half their average yards and one touchdown drive was average? The leagues most productive rushing team rendered toothless on the ground.

Jesus Christ 🤦‍♂️

I was talking about the dolphins defense being average if you actually read the conversation Jatz and myself had correctly.

Your position is that their entire last game basically just doesn't count, but the problem is that others need to watch more tape?

Watch only their cupcake performances, and be impressed. Real big brained analysis.

And for what it's worth, your call on the Dolphins game was that we would run all over them, but shouldn't get into a passing contest with them. I'm not sure that's vindicated. I disagreed on that based upon the then projection that Lane would miss. Frankly, I suspect that this is a very different game if he did. Do you know what our win / loss record is without him?

Jesus Christ 🤦‍♂️

Yeah ok, mea culpa on that one.
