With regards to the new Sub rule, will we know who the starting Sub will be when teams are announced?

Or is it going to have 5 players listed on the interchange and sub announced 1 hour before the match? If so, that will create havoc with supercoach!

I read on the AFL Fantasy cheat sheet on the AFL app that the sub will come from one of the names emergencies. I was stressing about this too lol

Subs will come from 1 of the named emergencies 1 hour prior to the bounce.

I don’t think any of the SC relevant rucks will be effected by it. Surely Hodor, Jackson, Gawn, Grundy do not get hit with the sub vest. Only one I really see as a sub risk of the second rucks is Mason Cox but he’s not relevant
