Have you tried the 'optimize' button?
Even with zero trades, it swings blokes across the lines, including conga line shifts (=three-line shuffles) without consuming a trade in a way you can't do yourself.
It factors in injuries when doing so.

I think that only works for supercoach gold members.

Shit, sorry, mate, wasn't being funny, had no idea that was a restricted feature.
Think then you might be cooked if you're on zero, it doesn't let you dip down to -1 for a minute mid-swing.
Rough as that that is a 'premium' feature, everybody should be able to make the same moves. Fair enough if they want to make some stats exclusive if they really want to, but the trades / shifts - that has to be level playing field.
Bit shocked, tbh, that is dodgy as.

Final round of the season and I have 27/30 green dots. Not boasting, just genuinely shocked. Usually I'm struggling to field 22. Got lucky that my premos avoided injury late in the season, and I was able to hold my last trade to fix Daicos.

Cost me about 100 points last week with 2 players stuck on the bench that I couldn’t plan to put on field for Mills, and retain non playing loops. Of course both scored tons.

A little annoyed that I couldn’t make that move but others could.
