Both are shit. Brady just sticks out more because we had 2 years of Greg Olsen on Fox before Brady. and Romo wasnt as bad as Phil Simms who he replaced.

Fox but who knows what they are doing with world feed given they stuck international broadcasters, wouldnt be shocked to see them give 7 the NFLN world feed. and not sure if ESPN are doing their own call with the B team again.
