I dont agree with 2. down the line you have the 40yd line marker and he gets that is enough to respot for me.

But the camera angle is through the body. You can't see definitively where it was.
And the overhead shot as at an angle.

Yeah, it's a safe assumption it was a 1st down, and it should've been spotted as such.

But if you're overturning that, you're the corrupt one.
