Easy to say sack the coach and get someone better but who is better?

They are not getting Andy.

Do you feel you guys have an issue attracting big time free agents and high calibre assistant coaches because of the location the team is based in and the conditions you regularly play in?
We had a first year OC and DC who got us to the AFC game . So we need to stick with them and hopefully they learnt out of it .

This probably will sound too simplistic but our biggest issue is that our best team in a generation has coincided with arguably the best team ever .
They have ,again as opinion the best HC ( all time ) DC ( all time ) QB ( all time ).
It's quite the mountain to conquer .

They haven't boatraced us , they have been tight extremely competitive games.
But they are better. That's fact .

Thought this was really interesting, that's good leadership, how can you expect greatness if you don't commit. A reason why the culture is so important at KC and why they keep winning.

Ironically I was harsh on Washingtons return game. Looked scared and fumbly

Sure commit but be sure you know what you want to do

Yeah and the 41 yards gained wasn't because of the 4 holds i counted they missed.

Sports are fickle . You can be consistently performing to a high level , but if you don't win your deemed a failure.
Timing and a bit of luck can be everything
I don't disagree necessarily however 4 lost SB's in a row starts becoming less about timing and luck. More of a mental hurdle the longer that run went on.

Thanks for sharing that, the end of it actually gave me goosebumps “that’s how you be great dawg”

Fantastic leadership

Very true , but that's where I would view 4 x SBs in a row as against the stat above quite differently.

Unfortunately you can be a very good high performing team/individual in any sport and run into a generational performer.
