Optus should suit the Vics.....it's not a ground many of the WA players would have played on. Maybe some of the Monts kids from the 2023 colts GF. I would have preferred the match to be played on a massive WAFL suburban ground.

I find it easier to see his as a star at AFL level, then some of the more highly fancied Vic boys. Reckon his attributes will translate well and doesn't have as many question marks. I would personally take him over them all

I can't find the game in the Foxtel TV Guide. Other games have been played on Foxtel looks like today is just been streamed unfortunately

It’s on at the same time as the Eagles/Essendon game is probably the issue. The other games were played a bit earlier I think

WA just seem so in sync. May not have the top end talents that Metro and Country etc have but feel like they are going to a recruiters gold mine for quality role players and bargain picks. All playing their roles well today.
Love the look of Urquhart again even though he's a bit of a butcher. Kids a complete and utter beast in the contest.

I'm gonna be watching him closely but from what I've seen Richmond would be better of going another direction.

I thought he was decent at stoppage, but hasn't offered enough otherwise. Going to need to show more than this or the questions will continue to mount.
The smell of the burley must also be putting the Vic Metro players off thinking about having any kind of defensive intent at as well

In all seriousness WA need a whole lot more from Gerreyn and Rohr up forward. Champion and Angove have been really good but time for the big forwards to clunk a couple.
Agree mate, though going by the commentary you would think the Vic s were up by 10.....Smillie this, Ashcroft this, Kacko here, Jagga Smith there......good to see the likes of Champion, Urqhart, Rodrigues and Kelly are holding up and keeping WA well in this contest.....big 3rd quarter coming up.

The size of the WA midfield has been a real problem, both last week for SA and this week for Metro. Tough to handle.

Watching Metro's transition defense is giving me horrific essendon flashbacks from the last few years.
