At the end of the day, while it would be nice/ideal for the fans to hear those kind of comments and to get an explanation about what went wrong and what’s happening to correct that, I guess the most important thing is that that analysis and the appropriate, potentially difficult, conversations are at least going on behind closed doors. Hopefully they are.
