37-0 Sandringhams way. Saints academy boys Cole and Hofmann good in defence for them, Bris Academy Marshall good up forward and Ashcroft showing he is gonna go high.

For GWV really it is pretty much just Unwin and Ough in the middle and not much from anyone else

Hannaford and Oliver are both excellent and would make great list fits, but would it be foolish to not take best mid available?

Hannaford's 3rd quarter sure was something

Like Ough's ability to stand up through tackles too. Makes space for the other midfielders around him when multiple opposition players are trying to tackle him to the ground.

Had a very good game in general apart from the 1st qtr when he was played forward and hardly saw it. He was the one that sparked his team a few times. His tackling and physicality was pretty unreal. Took Murphy Reid out of the game with that tackle and I counted 3 direct goal assists. Gee whiz we need a player like him desperately, he's getting close to a must have for me.

He certainly has a lot of tools that we need and his end to the year has been seriously impressive, also ran a 7.78sec agility test earlier in the year. Same with Ough and his strength and ability to break through tackles and keep his arms free to distribute as a lot of our younger mids are quite slight. Both boys with birthdays late too.

Talking about needs. I liked the look of Kirkwood-Scott. Looks like a good little small defender.

As much as I like Oliver, there's a lot of options in regards to small defenders towards the back end of the draft and we might be better off waiting till then. Kirkwood-Scott looked pretty good in both phases of the game and might be one we could look at.

As much as I like Oliver, there's a lot of options in regards to small defenders towards the back end of the draft and we might be better off waiting till then. Kirkwood-Scott looked pretty good in both phases of the game and might be one we could look at.

Yeah liked the look of him. Had some nice dash off half back and looks like he had good foot skills.

There is going to be some good later picks in this draft with how deep it seems it is but sense there could be some gems in the middle of the draft like Hannaford and Ough
